Delivery

On completion of your transaction you will receive a confirmation invoice email of your order.

Once we receive payment we will then start to process your order.

All ONE OF A KIND UK orders are dispatched within 2 - 3 working days via Royal Mail. We aim to have your item/s delivered to your door within 2 - 5 working days.

All BESPOKE UK orders will be created and dispatched within 14 days. Please contact us at info@paradisejewelleryuk.com should you require rush orders.

Please allow upto 21 days on top of the UK recommendations above for all Europe / Ireland & International orders.

As our bespoke items are handmade to your requirements we are unable to accept returns on these items. Please be sure correct measurements and colours are advised to us whilst placing your order.

All items must be returned within the original packaging and in an as new condition.
