Q. I have fallen in love with a design but the colour is not right, can you change it ?
A. Yes - We can change the colour of many of our designs to suit your wedding day colour scheme. Our Swarovski crystals come in upto 72 different colour choices and our swarovski pearls are available in upto 15 different colours.
Q. Can you change the length of your designs to suit my measurements.
A. Yes - Many of designs are available in a choice of Necklace - 16, 18 or 20 " and our bracelets - 7 or 8 ". Should you require any other size not stated please do not hesitate to contact us at info@paradisejewelleryuk.com
Q. Can you custom make me a design from my ideas ?
A. Yes - We are happy to discuss your requirements with you and will design and create you your perfect bridal jewellery to suit all of your wedding day needs, themes and colour schemes.
Q. Do you give discounts for bulk orders ?
A. Please contact us to discuss your requirements. We will be happy to give bulk discounts should you be ordering 10 or more items.
Q. How do I place an order ?
A. Our online order system is very simple. Click on the item you wish to view more details on, amend any custom options you require ( only available on certain pieces ) and simply Add to Basket. You will then be in your Shopping Cart. Continue to shop, make any ammendments to your order or check out here. Before checking out you must select a delivery method. Follow the online instructions and add any details when prompted to finish your order.
Q. Can I place an order via telephone ?
A. At present we are unable to take payment over the phone. All orders must be completed online. However, you can call Mandy on 07779096244 to discuss any requirements you may have.
Q. How will I know you have received my order ?
A. You will receive an order confirmation almost instantly via your chosen email address as will we informing us of your order. If you should not receive an email please contact us at sales@paradisejewelleryuk.com .
Q. When should I receive my order ?
A. All of our ONE OF A KIND items are in stock and ready to dispatch, please allow 2 - 5 days for delivery of these items upon receipt of payment. Our bespoke items are handmade to order and will take upto 14 days for delivery. Please contact us should you need a rush order.
Q. Do you deliver worldwide ?
A. Yes. We deliver within the UK, Europe and to the rest of the world (charges apply).
Q. How much is your delivery charge ?
A. All UK packages are sent FREE of any postage costs via Royal Mail recorder delivery. All packages to Europe and Ireland are a flat rate of £3.50 again regardless of the numbers of items within the same package. All International orders are charged at £5.50 per package.
Q. Can I have my order delivered to a different address ?
A. Yes. You can have your item delivered to another address i.e. work address but you must fill out your billing address when prompted at the checkout.
Q. What payments do you accept ?
A. We take payment via our safe and secure Paypal online payment system. Paypal accepts all major credit and debit cards. You do not need a Paypal account to purchase from us. We also accept personal cheques made payable to Paradise Jewellery UK and sent to Paradise Jewellery UK, 8 Hodges Close, Stokenchurch, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, HP14 3GY. Please allow 5 - 7 working days for cheque clearance before your item is despatched.
Q. Do you have a returns policy ?
A. As our items are handmade to order (excluding ONE OF A KIND items) we do not offer refunds on these items so please be sure all custom sizes are stated at checkout before placing your order. All ONE OF A KIND items are refundable upto 7 days after purchase. All items must be unworn and in the original packaging. All items are returned at the customers own risk. Earrings are non refundable for hygene reason. Please see our returns policy for more details.
Q. How often does your stock change ?
A. At www.ParadiseJewelleryUK.com our stock is constantly being updated. Please keep checking on a regular basis for our new arrivals.
