Returns Policy

All of our jewellery items EXCLUDING EARRINGS are returnable within a 7 day period of the customer receiving the goods.

If you are purchaseing Made to order bridal jewellery in multiples (ie for bridesmaids) we do advise you to order one set to check the colours lengths etc are correct and then order the remaining sets at a later date. Please appreciate that each bridal jewellery item is handmade to order and takes time and care to complete.

Earrings are non refundable under all circumstances due to hygiene reasons. If a jewellery set has been purchased the necklace and bracelet maybe returned and the refund given will deduct the cost of the earrings that are non returnable. This will usually be between £7 - £14 depending on the set.

No postage incurred to the customer is refunded under any circumstances.

All items must be unworn, in our original packaging and all items are sent at the customers risk so we advise using an insured postal service.
