Returns Policy

As all of our Bridal / Bridesmaid / Flowergirl items are HANDMADE TO ORDER we offer a Returns Service but the following rules apply -

Earrings are non refundable under all circumstances due to hygiene reasons.

All items must be ruturned with 7 days of receiving your order.

Other Bridal / Bridesmaid / Flowergirl items ( excluding earrings ) are returnable but a 30% labour cost will be deducted as each item is handmade to order and to the customers requirements ie length, colour, clasp finish etc.

Alternatively we are happy to exchange any item for another from the website ( the 30% labour deduction does not apply to exchanges ).

No postage incurred to the customer is refunded under any circumstances.

All items must be unworn, in our original packaging and all items are sent at the customers risk so we advise using an insured postal service.
